Using the GPS module of your smartphones or your fixed installations, the Talk-IP app determines the exact position using GPS coordinates. The accuracy of the GPS modules of smartphones is 5 to 15 meters. If there is no GPS data available, the Talk-IP system falls back on cell localization.
The frequency in which position updates are transmitted can be adjusted to your needs to the second. Of course, you can also decide who is allowed to see the position data of your colleagues and who is not. Likewise, you can determine which radio participants send your position at all.
You decide whether and for how long the position data is stored on our server. This way, you can also use the stored position data as evidence in the event of lengthy processes, if required.
